Values matter; they guide our choices and drive us to become the people we want to be. There’s a lot of talk about values these days—every corporation has a list of values on its website—but it doesn’t often go beyond the warm and fuzzy values that nobody could object to. We want to help you identify the values that motivate you and help you get shit done. Values that really say something, like College of Modern Anxiety’s own—joy, neediness, anger, and freedom. In this playshop, Noah and Christos draw on theories from Brené Brown, Friedrich Nietzsche and Carl Jung, as well as their own playshop activities, to help you understand what really matters to you, so that you can go do amazing things.
